Specific services provided to a client will depend on the plan, proposal, order, agreement, or scope of work selected by the client.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use our services.

By using our website or purchasing our services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into an agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

3. Accounts and Client Information

You are responsible for:

4. Pricing and Payments

5. Founding Client Pricing

Certain promotional offers may provide special "Founding Client" pricing.

Where a client qualifies for a founding rate, the applicable pricing and conditions will be determined by the offer or agreement accepted by the client.

Promotional pricing is subject to availability and may be limited to a specified number of clients.

Synergy Growth Partners reserves the right to end or modify promotional offers for future customers.

6. Annual Plans

If you purchase an annual plan, the applicable annual payment terms will be presented before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement, annual plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable after purchase.

If an annual plan includes a discounted rate or additional service period, the discount or additional period is provided as part of the annual commitment.

7. Cancellation

For monthly services, cancellation requirements will depend on the applicable service agreement or subscription terms provided at the time of purchase.

Cancellation of a service does not automatically cancel outstanding invoices, approved project fees, completed work, or other amounts already owed.

Annual plans are subject to the cancellation terms described in Section 6.

8. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, payments for completed services, setup work, custom development, completed projects, annual plans, or other services already delivered are generally non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, images, videos, logos, credentials, and other materials required for the project.

10. Client-Provided Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, videos, logos, trademarks, documents, music, testimonials, or other materials you provide to us may legally be used.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to provide such materials.

You agree not to provide materials that infringe another person's or company's intellectual property rights.

11. Marketing Results

We make reasonable efforts to provide effective marketing strategies and systems. However, we do not guarantee specific business results.

Marketing performance may depend on many factors outside our control, including:

12. SEO Services

SEO results are not guaranteed.

Search engine rankings, visibility, traffic, and local search performance can change because of search engine algorithms, competition, business information, market conditions, technical changes, and other factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee a specific ranking, traffic level, number of leads, or revenue amount.

13. AI Services

We may provide AI-powered chatbots, AI assistants, AI voice systems, automated workflows, and other artificial intelligence features.

AI-generated information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate information.

Unless specifically included in a written agreement, advertising spend is not included in our service fees and must be paid directly by the client to the applicable advertising platform.

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, conversions, sales, impressions, or return on advertising spend.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Synergy Growth Partners retains ownership of its pre-existing systems, processes, templates, frameworks, proprietary workflows, strategies, software configurations, know-how, and other materials developed independently of a client project.

Client-specific final deliverables may be subject to the ownership or usage terms included in the applicable agreement or scope of work.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our proprietary systems, templates, processes, or materials without our written permission.

18. Software and CRM Services

Where our services include CRM, automation, software configuration, or related technology services, access may depend on third-party software licenses or subscriptions.

Software functionality may change over time.

We do not guarantee that every third-party integration, feature, API, automation, or software function will remain available indefinitely.

19. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website, services, or systems to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Commit fraud
• Send spam or unlawful communications

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Synergy Growth Partners LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

23. Termination
